MySlip (إيصالي) Privacy Policy

MySlip is built to keep as little of your data as possible. There are no accounts and no logins.

What stays on your phone

• Slip photos and slip details (slip number, pickup date, labels, amounts) are stored only on your device.
• Reading the slip happens on your phone, not on our servers.
• If you delete the app or lose your phone, this data cannot be recovered.

What we store on our server

• Shops: shop name, location, logo or sign photo, and the shop's contact number.
• Customers: name and mobile number, used so shops can send you a WhatsApp link and reminders.
• Basic app usage statistics (for example, which languages are used) to improve the app.
• Complaints and suggestions you choose to send us.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not upload your slip photos.

Permissions

• Camera / Photos: to photograph slips.
• Notifications: to remind you on pickup day.
• Location (shops only): to save the shop's location.

Deleting your data

Delete the app to remove everything on your phone. To remove your name, number or shop details from our server, email us and we will delete them.
